Nature Activities for Home

A collection of inspired ways to connect with nature at home

Connecting with nature can happen where ever you are.  Below are some activites we’ve put together for you to enjoy while exploring outside may be difficult. Each activity can be done from home and will help to build knowledge about our local environment and the plants and animals that live here.  While all the activities and lessons focus on wildlife and nature, exploring nature through art is fun too!  Please share your results with us at pickeringcreekac@gmail.com, we love to hear and see what our community is working on!   And if you have a chance to come out to Pickering Creek for a visit, be sure to check out the Summer Play trail beginning on June 20th!
